Fundamental Analysis

Yesterday, US President Donald Trump delivered remarks, with markets closely focusing on his stance regarding the purchase of Greenland. After the eurozone released signals related to tariffs and de-dollarization in trade, Trump appeared more cautious, resulting in a more moderate tone in his speech. At the same time, the EU temporarily postponed meetings on tariffs, allowing tensions to ease in the short term. This helped stabilize market sentiment and led to a strong rebound in US equities. In addition, the US will release the Core PCE inflation data later today, the indicator most closely watched by the Federal Reserve. If the data shows easing inflation pressures, it would support expectations for Fed rate cuts and could provide further upside momentum for US stocks.

Technical Analysis

On the Nasdaq 1-hour chart, a strong rebound has occurred, breaking above the previous high. Subsequent long bullish candles filled the earlier price gap, while moving averages have formed a golden cross, indicating a strengthening trend. However, the KD indicator is in overbought territory, suggesting that short-term upside momentum may slow. Nevertheless, within a bullish bias, short-selling on pullbacks is not recommended. Instead, traders may wait for a pullback toward the 25,310 support level to initiate light long positions, targeting 25,760 with a stop loss at 25,160.

- Target 25,760
