Campaign Rules

1. This campaign is exclusive for IBs. To participate, IBs need to click the 'Enroll' button on this campaign page.

2. Campaign Period: November 1-30, 2024.

3. Eligible Deposit and Trading Volume:
  Only the net deposit and trading volume from you and clients you directly refer will count. Any activity from clients referred by your sub-IBs will be excluded.The calculation will be based on the final bounding situation at the close timing of the promotion activity.
  Eligible trading volume is calculated from all positions that are opened and closed during your trading period and held for more than two minutes.

4. Net Deposit Calculation: Net Deposit = Total Deposits - Total Withdrawals. Only the highest net deposit ever achieved during your trading period will count, regardless of any changes to your current balance.

5. Trading Volume Calculation: Trading Volume = Metal + Energy + Index + Crypto + Forex/10.
  Example: If you have traded
  2 Index lots
  3 Metal lots
  10 Forex lots
  5 Crypto lots
 Your total trading volume will be: 11 lots = 2 (Index) + 3 (Metal) + 10/10 (Forex) + 5 (Crypto).

6. Deposit and Trading Period: Only deposit and trading volume during the campaign period, from November 1 to 30, 2024, will be counted.

7. Gift Distribution:
  Gift winners will be notified within 3 business days after the campaign ends. The gift will be delivered to the winners by the agreed method within a reasonable time.
  Only the highest tier of gift achievable will be distributed; cumulative gifts are not applicable.
  MC Prime will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or non-delivery of the gift once it has been dispatched, provided such issues are beyond our control.

Terms & Conditions

1. MC Prime reserves the right to modify, change, or terminate this campaign, its terms, or any applicable policies at any time, without prior notice or participant consent.

2. If MC Prime reasonably believes a participant has attempted to manipulate the promotion, engage in market abuse, misconduct, or take unfair advantage, we may reject or terminate their participation in this campaign without notice.

2.1 All trading behavior will be monitored, and any positions flagged for potential rule violations will be reviewed to ensure compliance.

2.2 High-Frequency Trading (HFT), which uses rapid algorithms to profit from small price movements, is prohibited.

2.3 Positions must be held for at least 2 minutes. If a position is closed within less than 2 minutes due to hitting a stop loss or take profit order, it will not be affected.

2.4 Opening multiple accounts under different names or identities to accumulate bonuses is prohibited.

2.5 If MC Prime reasonably suspects that an IB engages in malicious activities to get bonuses, MC Prime will confiscate their bonuses in this campaign and withhold spread rebates for any trading volume generated as part of the campaign.

2.6 MC Prime reserves the right to the final interpretation of these terms and conditions.
