1. First-time withdrawals require Advanced Verification and a deposit proof.

2. Withdrawal fees:

- For single withdrawals under USD 50, a fee of USD 3 will apply.

- If your trading volume is less than 50% of your total deposit, a 10% withdrawal fee will be charged.

3. You cannot submit a new withdrawal request if there is one still being processed.

4. Withdrawal requests are processed on business days from 09:00 to 18:00 (GMT+8). Requests submitted outside of these hours will be handled on the next business day.
