Fundamental Analysis

Since the beginning of the year, the overall cryptocurrency market has clearly lagged behind US stocks and precious metals. Although BTC and ETH have been included in ETF trading, improving compliance and allocation attributes, their price volatility has stabilized, weakening liquidity spillover effects and making it difficult to drive altcoins higher. Additionally, with a highly fragmented market and limited incremental funds, altcoins lack momentum under tight liquidity conditions, and their trend is expected to remain weak.

Technical Analysis

On the DOT 1-hour chart, the price is drifting lower with successive lower highs and lows. Coupled with downward-sloping moving averages, selling pressure appears strong. If subsequent rebounds fail to break previous resistance levels, the trend may continue downward, so short-term selling is recommended.
