Silver Strategy - Emphasizing Uncertainty: Silver Gradually Recovers

Fundamental Analysis:

Last Friday, U.S. inflation data slowed, with November's PCE data rising only by 0.1%, lower than October's revised 0.2%. Following the release, the previously rising 10-year U.S. Treasury yield dropped, boosting precious metals' performance. Additionally, on the Federal Reserve side, voting member Williams emphasized that both inflation and future policy remain highly uncertain, stating that future policy paths will depend on economic developments. If U.S. economic data weakens in the future, it will further support the rise of precious metals.

Technical Analysis:
On the hourly chart for silver, the price shows a rebound after consolidation, breaking previous resistance levels and setting new recent highs. The price is above the moving averages, indicating strong buying momentum. If the price pulls back without breaching previous support levels, the trend may continue upward. Hence, short-term buying is recommended.

Trading Advice:
Suggest entering a short-term buy at 29.59, with a stop loss below 28.78, and targets at 30.11-30.55.
Support Level: 29.59
Resistance Level: 30.55
