Silver Strategy - Awaiting Policy Impact, Mixed Silver Movements

Fundamental Analysis:

Yesterday's U.S. December Conference Board Consumer Confidence Index fell to 104.7, but this did not provide sufficient support for silver prices. The survey revealed that an increasing proportion of consumers are concerned about politics and tariffs, with nearly 46% expecting tariffs to raise living costs. This inflation-driven price increase could slow the Federal Reserve's rate-cutting pace, thereby weighing on precious metals. The long-term economic impact of tariffs remains uncertain, requiring further observation. In the short to medium term, silver is likely to experience volatile movements.

Technical Analysis:

On the 1-hour chart, silver prices show upward movements without reaching new highs, and pullbacks have not broken previous lows. The fragmented candlestick patterns suggest an unclear trend. Therefore, during periods of ambiguous trends, cautious investors are advised to stay on the sidelines, while aggressive traders may consider short-term long positions based on lower support levels.

Trading Recommendations:

Consider going long at 29.39.

Stop-loss: Below 28.78. Target: 29.84 - 30.27.

Support Level: 29.39 Resistance Level: 30.27
