1. Refund Policy

• No Trading Activity: If no trading activity has occurred on your account, you may request a full refund of your deposit. Refund requests must be submitted via email to service@mc-prime.com, along with a reason for the request. Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 30 days.

• Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the deposit. If we are unable to refund to the original method, an alternative method will be used, subject to availability in your jurisdiction.

Note: Refunds are not available once trading activity has occurred on the account, as our services are considered fully utilized at that point.

2. Chargeback Policy

• Fraudulent Chargebacks: MC Prime treats any chargeback attempt after trading activity as fraudulent. If a chargeback is initiated after trading activity has occurred, the following actions will be taken:

• The account will be suspended, and all services will be terminated.

• An additional fee will be charged to cover the time and resources spent addressing the chargeback.

• Legal action or third-party collection services may be pursued to recover losses, and the account may be reported to credit bureaus, potentially impacting your credit score.

3. Excess Payments or Assets

In the rare case that an overpayment occurs or excess funds, digital assets, or fiat currencies are credited to your account, you agree to repay the excess promptly. MC Prime reserves the right to deduct such amounts from any future withdrawals or owed assets.

4. Agreement to Terms
